Research materials are for laboratory and research use only.
Certain products available through Peptide Research are supplied as research materials only, subject at all times to applicable Australian law. They are not for human consumption, human or self-administration, or veterinary or animal administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and are not sold as approved medicines or therapeutic treatments.
What this means for every product
- “Research Use Only” describes intended purpose. It does not exempt a product, purchaser or supplier from applicable law, change regulatory status, permit importation, or remove advertising and supply obligations.
- Unapproved therapeutic goods have not been assessed by the TGA for safety, quality or effectiveness. A compound may be regulated depending on its identity, presentation, claims and intended use.
- Supply may depend on product identity, classification, purchaser type, intended use, jurisdiction, import or export requirements, and applicable licences, approvals, exemptions or regulatory pathways.
- We may request information needed to establish that a proposed transaction is legitimate and lawful, and may refuse or cancel it where lawful supply cannot be established.
