Shipping and delivery
Peptide Research, operated by Purity Labs, aims to ensure that orders are processed, packaged and dispatched securely and efficiently. This policy applies to orders placed through the Peptide Research website. Last updated 5 September 2026.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and any required order verification has been completed.
We may request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order, including information reasonably required to verify purchaser identity, delivery or payment information, the intended laboratory purpose, relevant credentials, and whether supply is lawful.
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where processing or supply may breach applicable law, regulatory requirements, payment-provider requirements or our Terms of Sale.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch in-stock products promptly after payment and any required verification. Website and checkout timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing may take longer on weekends or public holidays, during promotions or unusually high order volumes, because of extreme weather or transport disruption, during regulatory or compliance reviews, or in circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping methods and charges
Available methods, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout where applicable. Charges may depend on delivery location, package size, weight and the selected service.
Delivery address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Except to the extent required by law, Peptide Research is not responsible for delay, extra charges or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We may be unable to change the address after dispatch.
Tracking and authority to leave
Where carrier tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Carrier estimates may not update immediately after collection.
If you select, request or permit authority to leave, you acknowledge the additional risk of unattended delivery. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Carrier delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, industrial action, customs, security screening, regulatory intervention or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact us if an order appears significantly delayed and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
If a parcel appears lost or arrives materially damaged, contact us promptly. Keep the external and internal packaging, product, shipping label and photographs, as we may need them for the investigation.
International shipping and regulatory restrictions
Where international shipping is offered, availability is not a warranty that a product may lawfully be imported, possessed or used at the destination. Orders are accepted only where Peptide Research is satisfied that supply is lawful, and customers remain responsible for the laws that apply to them.
We may refuse or cancel an international order where importation, therapeutic-goods, medicines, customs or other regulatory requirements are uncertain. We will not knowingly dispatch a product where its sale, supply, export, import or delivery is prohibited.
